Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or obligate either party to do business. We will respond with details when we are able to review your request, typically during business hours, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our service agreements

Storage, handling, cross-docking, container services, and trucking are provided under a separate written agreement or rate confirmation between Journey (or the Neace Transportation company providing the service) and the customer. That agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.

Shipments containing hazardous materials must be properly identified, documented, and packaged under applicable federal and state law before they are delivered to us. Please tell us about any hazardous materials before you ship.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to send harmful code, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, and other content on this website belong to Journey or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
