Do you offer short-term storage?
Yes. We offer short-term contracts for general warehousing, plus custom storage on longer agreements.
Can I see my inventory online?
Yes. Every customer gets login access to our inventory system to view real-time inventory, track orders, and place orders online.
Do you handle hazardous materials?
Yes. All Journey staff complete U.S. Department of Transportation hazardous materials training (49 CFR 172.704), most recently in 2026.
How do you keep the warehouse clean and safe?
Every week our team audits each floor against the 5S method (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain), scores what they find, and assigns fixes with target dates. Read more about our weekly walk-through.
